- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected]. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
- WFITN 2026 plans to take photographs and video material at the 18th Congress of World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology in Busan, South Korea and reproduce them in WFITN 2026 educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the WFITN 2026 website. By participating at the 18th Congress of World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology in Busan, South Korea, you grant WFITN 2026 the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of WFITN 2026. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by WFITN 2026 for any purpose.
* To be eligible for the students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied. You may send necessary document by email to [email protected].

Medical Students, Nurses, Technicians *
Residents / Fellow with Certifications*
* For the "Students, Nurses, Technicians" and "Residents / Fellows with Certification" registration categories, participants are required to upload a signed and stamped PDF document issued by their institution confirming their current status.
- Medical Students, Nurses and Technicians: A signed and stamped document from their institution confirming their current status must be uploaded.
- Residents: A copy of their official ID must be uploaded.
- Fellows: A copy of their valid certification must be uploaded.
All documents must be uploaded to the system. Without the required documentation, the delegate registration fee will be applied.
Cancellation Policy - Registration
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the WFITN 2026 Registration Secretariat by e-mail to [email protected]
On and before 27 July 2026: 80% refund (20% processing fee)
On and after 28 July 2026: No registration refunds will be made after this date
Please note that it is not possible to transfer your registration to another participant.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WFITN 2026, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
